that happened to me once on my right sterring line, I took off then made a real hard right turn and couldn't stop going right I was finally able to land and figured out that my line had got wrapped around one of the pulleys.
I always pump the lines once to make sure all is free. I don't leave the ground 'till I'm completely ready to. I had the same problem with a stuck pulley. I pumped the bars during roll-out and the right bar was locked. It was enough for me to shut it down.
