I've a soft spot for Aisha, and because it's only in Koihime Musou that she gets the limelight, you can imagine my advice...

But seriously, although both games are good, in different ways, I suggest Koihime Musou also because Mangagamer will release the english version in the near(?) future, check their site and BBS for news.
