It's kind of sad, but I finally gave up on Joel Zumaya a year or so ago. This whole situation is just so weird and I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like it. Zumaya just showed SO MUCH talent during his rookie year. But in the five years (gosh time flies) that's followed, it's like the guy's been a ghost or something; we've practically never seen him because he just can't stay healthy. And if he hasn't shaken this bug by now, it probably just ain't gonna happen.

If you wanna be like that the tigers were trying to make him a closer, but since he wasnt good enough they left him to relief, but maybe in a couple of seasons he will become a closer, and your a bitch, who says FYI??? thats right BITCHES!!!

Ha this guy is a horrible pitcher, he has been injury plagued, and he has had 4 saves in four seasons, there are closers who make four saves in a week aka.Heath Bell.
