No mods needed. You can do a lot with /demorecord (including hand-edit it) and decent video tools. (This isn't done with Windows Movie Maker!)

They are (well, if you count CoV also). Most of the city zone shots are Sharkhead, Cap Au Diable, and St Martial. The purple/red skied areas are in the Shadow Shard (CoH 40+ zone), several of which in the Storm Palace zone (the blood waterfalls are a different zone I believe).

Take a look on the last tab in the Options menu. You can set a hotkey to show/hide the GUI.

The rendering quality is great. I use Sony Vegas demos but graphic and sound quality after upload is yuk. What rendering formats do you use.

Do you make your editing program available? Sloth & Balshors editors are great but hard to get those crisp flowing camera movements yours have.

Do you know a good website to learn the abc's of getting cinematic compositions like you have. Hehe, I need film composition 101.

I normaly encode my videos in WMV. However, to maximise visual quality on Youtube, I reencode the vid in Avi/Divx in 320x180 before upload. Still, I feel that a big part of my work on visuals is wasted in the youtube version ... but thanks anyway.

I do not use any editing program, I write all the scripts directly from scratch in a simple text editor like Notepad or Wordpad (I compute cameras movements separately). Actually, my only external ressource is the amazing CoH Codex website.

Sadly as far as I know there is no way to make your character walk in the game. In the video I am not recording "in game" but offline sendind commands written in a text file sent directly to the game engine. Thus, I am not limited to what is possible or not in the game. I'm just applying the "NPC Walk" animation to any character using a simple command.
