    We do need economic development but whats the mayor done since elected? One store after another closing. Build it and they will come? Who are "They" and when will "They" get here. Cap's video is self serving? The current mayor gave herself a $10,000 raise and protects her office by denying the people the right to vote for whom ever they want to. If thats not self serving I don't know what is. Its not Cap thats tearing down my city. It's the current mayor.
