This is really an old practice. Cops have been volunteering for such fundraisers for decades (i remember them in the 60s). You call in and have your friend or family member 'arrested', then go bail them out. The money you pay goes directly to the charity sponsoring the event. If nobody comes for your 'friend' within an hour, they drive them back home and take the CALLER! Local newspapers take lots of publicity photos and radio advertises where to call to have your big brother arrested! Its cool.
My grandmother died of complications from MS. Keep-up the good work, anyone who knows even a little about MS knows how horrible and painful that disease is. Thankis.

I think what the poster is trying to explain in the info by saying "with bail for MS"
is that this person was participating in a charity thing...the person gets arrested and the money they raise for her "Bail" goes to fund say, research, for the disease MS
MS= multiple sclerosis
it should be better explained in the info IMO
