I give them credit. For a band to go from Screamo/Nu-Metal to Mellow and Alternative Rock, it's impressive. I actually preferred the mellow side of them. Shame their not around anymore.
I suggest the band be called The Hollow Syndicate Theory, because honestly I feel like this was a big test my Nuclear Blast in seeing if they could hollow out all the credibility Sonic Syndicate has built over their last three albums. Many people blame Nathan for Sonic Syndicate's change in style, but in fact it is Nuclear Blast that have changed their direction. I bet they took the chance because of Nathans clean vocal style. While Nuclear Blast are great for getting a lot of gtreat metal bands out their, they do have a reputation of altering the more poular/mainstream ones a little too much.

I now understand why Richard left aswell. I lost all love for this band when I heard this one and "Turn it up" tho I hade the luck to see them live before they changed lineup .. they should be forced to change name. Sad.. just my opinion.

@dimadima91 Roland didn't leave the band because of this. They got nathan because of Roland left. But Nathan is a very talented singer as well. Although i do miss Roland in the band, and it'll never be the same without Roland. Old Sonic Syndicate ftw<3 Can't wait for The Unguided!

Many people blame Nathan for Sonic Syndicate's change in style, but in fact it is Nuclear Blast that have changed their direction. I bet they took the chance because of Nathans clean vocal style. While Nuclear Blast are great for getting a lot of gtreat metal bands out their, they do have a reputation of altering the more poular/mainstream ones a little too much.
