What do you mean by Milled and Ported? I guess the fact that is is "Milled and Ported" is the reason why it cut through faster than the stock bar and chain? You must excuse me for my lack of knowledge. I am just getting into tree felling!
any suggestions on who can mill and port to perfection a new 460 for me?

It´s all about engine tuning: more torque and revs = more power.
Just get a bit of info about 2 stroke engines and you will understand.
