It's draconic blade, kind of like dragon blade. In dragon war events, most of the time when you click on the chest, you get it temporarily and only does element x on dragons.

Where Did You get your void dragon pet and your guest tht does elemental X ?

the guest is draykwing. It can be summoned with lvl 8 dragonslayer. The baby void dragon use to be in the void war chest but now it's rare. You can still get the last existing void pet in the z-token shop. The name is void drayk.
