If you're using imovie, select a clip at the point where you want to cut it. Go to edit...split video clip at playhead. Now you've cut the clip. In between the two parts of the clip you've cut, put a different clip, and now you have it going from one clip to another.
how do you cut from one part to another ina differnet place?
