@Alexiskayak: In Solid Edge you rarely need to use the axes. You see, I am only working with planes. But please be more explicit. Why do you need to see them. Drawing screen means sketch or draft module?
@ganeabogdan Drawing screen i mean the blue screen. I need it because i use v16 in college, the three orthogonal reference planes and the cross (x-y axis for ex) in sketch can be seen, and helps me a lot (because i am still beginner).. I found v20, i installed it and i don't know how to make these planes visible... Thank you very much for your time!
@Alexiskayak That is strange. I was thinking that this might be the problem. In 3D workspace you should see automatically these three planes and of course in 2D you can see the cross axis. However, if you have this problem, I will probably check on the right side (Edgebar) to see if the planes are visible. On a new document you should see Part1 and underneath, the 3 planes. To make them visible just right-click on one and click Show. If it's inactive, then you should normally see them.
@Alexiskayak If that is the case, then you have a graphic card problem. I had some problems on my first laptop and I couldn't do much, but I managed it to work somehow. Go to Tools - Options and click the View Tab. On Application display you should have check Automatic Selection. Uncheck it and play with the options from the dropbox (graphics card driven, backing store or software driven). One of them should do the trick.
