Ter!!/E! C! W! People would chant ECW! because it was theirs. They didn't care about who else liked it, or hated it. They didn't care how successful it was. It was a bunch of people that felt like it was the best, and didn't care if anyone thought otherwise. ECW was the Pantera of pro wrestling.

if it wasn't for ecw i wouldn't have been a wrestler, i begged our promoter to make a hardcore division and i i won the hardcore title that was the proudest moment of my wrestling carear
