Yes, he is. I love the way he takes it all in stride, whether it be the wind blowing him over or beaking with K26. He just makes an adjustment and keeps on going.

Do you happen to know how old this Eagle is (an his mate)?

K10 hatched in 2001. His mate, K26, hatched a year later in 2002.  Both were hatched at the San Francisco Zoo and fostered into Catalina Island nests when they were about a week old.

The IWS discussion forum has done a lot of research on these eagles. Check it out when you're able....especially the second towards the bottom called "ALL EAGLES ALL THE TIME".

I saw that. It's not easy building a nest, as we've seen the past couple of years.
