Paul has repeatedly said that if we want war, we should declare it by Congress, fight it, win it, and come back home. No nation building.

He believes that sanctions and embargoes will lead to more hostility, therefore resulting in Iran to have no choice but to build nuclear weapons as a fall back to the disruption in trade from other countries. If someone did not allow you to get food and medicine to live, would you be more friendly or hostile to that person? That is exactly what Ron Paul is saying will happen with these policies. Sanctions lead to war.

What do you know about Fiat currency or socialism. These are two different ideas. As I said if you want to be taken seriously you need to be more specific.

He said keep these predictions in mind in 5-10 years and hopefully they haven't come true. About 80% of his predictions have come true. Have some class and give credit where credit is due. I remember when he was running for Pres in 07 and the other candidates laughed at him when he said our economy is getting ready to collapse and we can't afford the war. Well... he was right there too!

The "dude" has fixes that have been proven not to work. His gold standard simply will not work because there is just not enough gold or any metal to back this idea.
The FED is a big conundrum because they bitch about it being private, but they can't really push for oversight without looking like they are trying to promote bigger government.
Basically, all of his "fixes" take us out of our progression and blow us back to uncertainty. People like a leader who looks forward not backwards.

Of course the founding fathers had no idea how big and complex our country would get. Their original desire and plan for our country was a minimalist government where the country facilitated the states so they could govern themselves. If we could have held to those principles we wouldn't be experiencing the issues we are now.
The solution is not more bureaucracy, or bigger government. We have not learned from history, and now it will repeat itself.

yes they made a new constitution in 1999, like I said. The groundwork for today's Swiss Constitution was laid with the promulgation of the Constitution of 12 September 1848, which was deeply influenced by the US Constitution and the ideas of the French Revolution.
So basically they re ratified a constitution that was based on ours. You FAIL.
