When in the water it seems like the throttle and the steering is done using something like a "fly by wire" system wich is not suitable for this kind of application. It would be nice to know if it uses the same engine for road and water because larger boats always tend to have 2 engines to be more reliable (and faster)

@foobarbe It's not a ridiculous concept at all. We have something here (Cincinnati, Ohio area) called Ride The Ducks, which uses amphibious vehicles to take people out on the water. It's not a bus (more like a boat on wheels), but it's extremely popular.
