everything exist within this universe so we are made up of pieces of this universe if you look at it like this then we are all connected to the universe i think there is some mechanism that allows cognizant's to exist. perhaps the universe it's self is cognizant.
the ("multverse?)universe is constantly creating new things within the void of space any movement should be considered a form of cognizant's especially in a void were nothing should exist in the first place. . . . .
