Hola Eduardo y a todos, estaba buscando un Lugar ideal para operarme la nariz, yo soy de Peru, y la verdad aca hay muchos cirujanos, pero el problema es que yo tengo una nariz ancha, y aca no se quien puede ser experto en narices PARA HOMBRES, y que te la dejen como nariz de hombre, MACHO, nada de mariconadas, bueno si alguien sabe por favor agradeceria, sino como eduardo dice, me podria recomendar a su cirujano en Brazil. In my opinion the BEST and safer place in the world to have a plastic surgery is South America. I had all my surgeries done there at the MakeoverTravel clinic (breast implants, nose / chin surgery, full liposuction and lips augmentation) I am very happy with my results, they are just amazing and themost important...very natural ! Plastic surgeons in SouthAmerica are reconized to be the best in the world. There it's a perfect place.. it's very safe and much cheaper if you compare cost with the US
dude, you post this on every plastic surgery video. Most likely the only reason it is "safer" (though I doubt it is) is because those who have had failures in surgery aren't given publicity like they are in the US.
oh oh listen to 2:36... "many of our surgeons are board certified" that's a risk right there. If your going to have any type of surgery make sure that he is Board Certified.
the breast augmentation surgery at 2:22 was nice. i don't know how real that before after pic is which shows the tummy tuck at 2:28. where is the extra skin?

I have done a correction in my nose and believe me the best place to do any plastic surgery is in Brazil!
