I wish he would have sung louder or toned down the music. It's a great cover of that 80s song but you can barely hear him. But maybe that was the point. IDK. I had a love/hate thing for the Postal Service. A lot of stuff they did was beautiful and fantastic, and yet they did a lot of annoying things. For example all their songs seemed to have this high pitched CLACK sound in the track.

I've enjoyed some of The Postal Service tracks I've heard over the years but this is straight up garbage. I appreciate the respect they had for Collins to try and recreate the track on their own terms but they failed miserably. Some songs just aren't meant to be redone with a cheesy hipster twist.

Hmmm, okay, I gotta say something here. As a musician and music lover, I'm not gonna slam this version....I think it's interesting....lacking emotion...but certainly exhibiting creativity.
