I have long hair that isn't layered, and i tried this and it worked great!, i just took all my hair back except the what would be bangs (long in front too) into a low pony and then pinned it under with two bobby pins. then i did a twist in the front with the left over hair, looked great and took a minute.

yea if ur hair is reallly long then it has to b layered and section off more hair than he did to hide the ponytail bc he surely didnt...that should work.....i think if ur hair has curls then it will hide the pontail so curl your hair b4 this style

I kind of hate that this is considered "long hair". My hair reaches my waist - THAT's long. Hers isn't even past her shoulder blades - that's medium, babe.

I feel the same way, its been over a year since I cut my way because of a bad hair cut experience. I asked for a trim (my hair was layered passed my shoulders) and the stupid lady gave me a mullet D: it was terrible! I looked like a reject from the 80s!

I haven't had this experience be4, but I'm adventurous with my hair. I've gone to many stylists & have had my hair cut almost every which way (had it to my navel, 1 length, layers (emo), bobbed, angled, a fauxhawk &lots in between), if it doesn't turn out the way I envisioned it I always remember it grows back :) (1/2 inch to &inch a month lol) There is no reason to be scared to go to the hairstylists & get a trim/cut. Most people aren't firm enough w/ their stylists, remember- YOU're the boss!

yeah...just tease it from your occipital bone(the one that sticks out in the back of the head), to your crown(the top point of your head. then try to put it into the ponytail. :)
