Was a customer through ThinkHost for seven years. They started out good but the customer service went to hell. They wouldn't even take care of issues I had with the web site which were things on their end. My new web host took care of the issue in less then ten minutes. I would only recommend this company to my worse enemies.
POS company for certain. Look them up on the Better Business Bureau. They have a run away rating on them.
