Actually, Halo isn't all that much about 'shoot-n'-scoot' anymore. In ODST, you actually have to duck and cover, and In Halo 3, you sometimes need great timing to deflect an incoming rocket, or to counter an energy sword attack ^-^. But I will agree that campaign is basically the whole "pump lead into it until its dead" deal again.
