no, it's not weak at all, actually, and i'm saying that ND can't beat anyone with a winning record. If they were to play penn state or ohio state, two of the teams most likely to vie for a big 10 championship, they'd lose. nd will beat purdue, who will likely finish last in the big 10. but if nd were in the big 10 right now, they would finish fourth the very, very, very best. so you can't talk about how much the big 10 sucks, because the irish would't be able to win anything if they were in it.

Notre Dame was good a long time ago. These days, the college football power houses are LSU, USC, Ohio State, Florida, Oklahoma, and others. This decade, whenever ND plays these types of teams, they lose by a significant amount. Notre Dame's era is LONG OVER!
