  • Im glad we could help.

  • beautiful thanks!!!

  • Thank you. We dont have a Han Suki vid up, but others do. Good luck in your ttraining

  • A little different than mine but still very well executed. Do you have a video for Han Suki?

  • great job nice power and fluidity

  • Thanks very much.

  • Is this of the Shaolin Kempo Karate Lineage. It looks a little different than what I have seen but you did A great job.

  • Yes it is. Thanks for the comments

  • Sir on your kata can you do very good information on what your hitting and why? Where they are going and how and what your defending against?

  • What do you think of this in terms of similarity to any form of karate or kempo? watch?v=gWKVO_wlf2Y

Just copy the url to y o u t u b e . c o m after the forward slash. This is the seven star fist, performed by a traditional northern Shaolin style master. Similar slow/fast, don't you think.

  • I like it. Nice Form..

  • Thank You

  • Very nicely done! Nice control of speed, power and focus...You have done your homework...A couple of diffenert moves than how I learned it, but again...very nicely done!!

  • Thank you.

  • greatly done

  • nicely done...whose version of shaolin kempo do you study/teach?

  • Thank You. We train in shaolin kempo, amercan kenpo, muay thai, haganah and jujutsu. Our forms are from shaolin kempo as taught through the united studios version I believe introduced into the system through Nick Cerio.

  • It's hard to tell because the USSD versions and the Fred Villari versions are so similar...still, very nicely done.

  • Thank you for comments. Have a great day.

  • Wow! You have a nicely put together style! IT's hard to tell if it's USSD or Fred Villari...they are so similar.

  • I noticed that you opened the form like a pinan and closed it like a kata, was that on purpose?

  • Sorry it took so long to get back to you I must have missed the comment. Yes we were taught 6 kata that way and pass it down the same. 1 to 5 kata we do x blocks above the head in the opening of the form.

  • i didn't realize that you closed the form differently...kind of neat.

  • We train in shaolin kempo and american kenpo. Our forms are from shaolin kempo.

  • what system of kenpo is this?

  • nicely done!

  • thank you
