I have several ideas which need perhaps a little fine tuning and perfecting of the presentation but I thin they are very solid in either theory or instruction. So how do I proceed. Can I copyright a video for example and the contect is not legally copied and reproduced?

Patent attorneys will never tell you that the majority of patents are struck down on first appeal, and few survive the second one (that is if you have any money remaining after the first appeal).
@cmfluteguy just as amazing is the HUGE number of patents that exist for things that don't work, and even things that would have to defy the laws of physics to accomplish the attending claims of how the device is supposed to operate.
I am so glad that I have finally sued in Federal Court and I am going to have my day in court. I am so glad. I am trying to get a Jury trial. I am just so happy that I am going to have my day in court with someone that has stolen my intellectual property and re-branded it. I am so very happy. I can't wait til court.
there is an asshole using many people's intellectual property (music) he does not own the songs and neither do I but it does not give him the right to steal it and use it to advertise his company. Dissapointing that youtube reports everything except people infringing artists copyrighted songs. Youtube will only handle the case if the plantiff is the owner of the songs. That is bull shit
i just attempted to upload a vid on youtube and it was rejected for copyright violations...only problem is...its already uploaded by another user....second video i shaked my ass for about 30 seconds while i was dancing...yes the ass was bare but the cheeks were closed...not porn at all....deleted for violating their standards.....then i saw vids of guys eating snot....rolling boners in shorts....drinkin spit.....puking...so that is in their standards....im very confused...and PISSED
