He sure tosses that thing around, and I bet it's an unforgiving mistress if you get it too far out of shape. I don't see how a person can survive racing like he does, in the track conditions he does it on. One broken suspension part, a split second of misjudgement and you could be into trees. It's hard to understand racing at it's deadliest, but you just suspend reality and let it happen. I've done it, but watchin it makes it look so irrational, and I've grown old and think like an old man now.
this isn't a Norma M20...this is the last evolution of the osella PA20/S....with the Six straight BMW engine...developed by Armaroli....that is specialized in this field of hillclimb races
Agreed. I love these types of courses. It is also unfortunate that hill climbing here in the US usually means plowing straight up the steep side of a dirt hill. I know it takes some skill, but can anyone say, boring!

American people?!?!? Every top tier European series is dominated by uber powered cars or bikes (F1, Moto GP, WRC). The point of any top car is to be fast no matter the series. I must say that I have respect for the funny cars that hit over 300mph though. The rest of dragging does kinda suck imo.

yes this is an osella PA20s , he drives in F3000 class now, :)
the this pa20s weight is 600kg and has around 400ps @ 8600 rpm
