All that aside, Leo made a mistake, he said that the order of the wires didn't matter if making a strait-thru cable, it does, each pair has a different twist to it, if you make up your own order, you can get crosstalk, causing the ethernet cable to work extremely slow (almost as slow as dial-up), and in some situations, you can lose connection, or not get a connection whatsoever

Man I used to love that show (and channel), I remember comming home from school, grabbing a snack, and popping on "Call For Help" (hosted by Leo Laporte, the guy on the left in this video, and Cat Shwartz), then watching The Screen Savers later on, if it wasn't for G4TV and "Attack Of The Show" (AOTS), TSS may of still of been on to this day, G4TV had their own channel, why did they have to invade TechTV?

Blame Comcast. They owned G4 and bought out TechTV in order to kill it.

I miss TechTV like hell, but if you think about it, if it didn't go under, we might not have sites like Rev3 and Twit.

Still, seeing videos like this is great for nostalgia
