I was told the Orcs were banished to the "barren wastelands" or Kalimindor (Durotar) by humans, those that didn't flee where put in internment camps. Then I got smart and researched the lore. IT NEVER HAPPENED LIKE THAT, smh. I play alliance, and after learning a bit about the lore, it seems like Thrall has Azeroth's best interests.

I have both the full game and the demo, for my playthrough I'm going to do and skip the Thrall mission in Reign of Chaos and just go to the Human and do the rest from Reign of Chaos and then Frozen Throne.

The Sea Witch is indeed a naga, but a ghost one. You fight her again in the new troll starting area in Cataclysm, Vol'jin deals the final blow.

I think that sea witch is azshara the old nelf queen that blow up the world and her highborne peoples got tunred into naga. They never said in the lore that she died I thnik

Best buy, circuit city, online, wal-mart, etc etc. I got the box set, which was the game and the expansion, came w/2 strat guides (which just sat on my bookcase). For like....$35. Not bad.

You get free online multiplayer w/it.

Yea WoW will cost you like around $80 to buy the game and it's two expansions, and then $15 a month to play online.

I'm betting that they will add 2 more continents until it goes to level 100, and the Broken Isles (as the maelstrom islands are known as in Frozen Throne, when they get risen) would probably be the level 90 addition after northrend in RotLK. The story line would be probably that after illidan raised them, the demons escaped from the tomb of sargeras or something like that.

I have noticed that W3 was about introducing and weaving a story between all these powerful "heroes" and WoW seems to be about killing them all off :P im assuming all the powerful heroes more or less die towards the end and then no more warcraft, unless they create a spinoff to warcraft with new main chars

This is indeed a mystery since she looks like a banshee model and I have read no mention of her in any lore I have encountered. Who knows? She may be a part of a future expansion?

I think it is a Naga. the island was next to the Maelstrom. For all we know it could had been Queen Azshara herself.

when they made this they didn't have the Naga models implemented yet (this mission originates from Reign of Chaos demo) and I've read somewhere that she's supposed to be a Naga indeed, (Naga used to be Highborne, most banshees used to be Highborne/High Elves aswell, do the maths :P)
