very simple trick to do ppl!though there are many variations to this trick he is using the most easiest and elementary method look at his right shoe and leg...you can obvisiouly see that his right foot isn't in his shoe but rather outside of it he is just simply standing up on the balls of his right foot while pressing his empty right shoe against his left and pushing off the ground off the balls of his feet. it sad though how so many ppl here said it was fake but coundn't see the dead giveaway!
