  • Hi! Just wondering, was on my first day of Dukan, ate protein and the oat bran, and had the right intake of water. Also did a full 30 minute wrkout. BUT i ate a fruit yoghurt thinking it's sugar free, but realised there's a whole 6g of sugar in it! Shld i restart?
