No.1 he is deaf, and that is hard on him to begin with, he had to deal with a lot at a shelter before he was adopted....No. 2 he needs a shot of steroids, his ears are infected, and it seems like he probably has a bacterial infection...which is VERY PAINFUL, and I would just take him to the vet, and let the professionals get the antibiotic / numbing agent inside his ears....someone at the vets office will let them do it.....his parents he has too much control over them

@1xmichellax1 That tends to be the way pugs sound. Every breed has it's odd noises, and within those breeds there is ALWAYS one or two little weird ones. These types of reactions are more than normal. There really isn't anything to worry about other than the ear infection. But, obviously, they were taking care of that lol

He was 15 years old and deaf in this video. You can't do that to a dog who is so old and set in his ways. When you get them as a puppy, you can teach them and discipline them, but he's too old and deaf. You can't spank a 15 year old deaf dog from the pound, that's just cruel!

What a cute baby! Infected ears are VERY sensitive and painful. Please make sure when you say you are using "medication" you are referring to antibiotics such as otobiotic. Ear cleaners containing alcohol and other antiseptics are extremely painful and should never be used. Pugs can have some very bad reactions to ear medications. By the way, I knew a Pug that had Chiropractic performed and regained his hearing! You should try it! It's cheap!
