I remember about three years ago, I got to see George Strait in concert at Hersheypark, PA (Ronnie Milsap and Taylor Swift as special guests!) That was just three weeks after I had undergone major brain surgery to remove a tumor. That evening was very special in more ways than one. He can come back ANYTIME!!!!

Loved it! No one deserves it more than George Strait. He just keeps getting better and better with time. Wish he would have sanged more but loved it.He is simply the KING. And loved the fact that Garth was there to present him the award I know he was cause he was the 90s artist but I dont think anyone else has proclamied to be a fan of George Strait like he has done over the years.

What it is is this. He's real, he's humble, his family comes first, he loves his fans and that voice..how it gets better, I just don't know but it does. What a hero to have. Lucky us, the fans of George Strait to have him as a hero and he is that by how he lives his life. Major credit to Norma Strait and Bubba Strait for allowing us to share him with us.
