Kashrut laws are only for Jews, in the Tora it wasn't binding on non-Jews-Orthodox Judaism teaches this..that was one of the issues in the Nt, did Gentiles have to become Jews? No, was the answer, hence Gentile Xians don't do them. Re. Torah itself, it was seen as binding in this life, in the Nt a Xian has died and their life is in the next, olam haba..as the saying goes, dead men don't do mitsvos. Alas, most Xians won't be able to give you these answers..
