what is changeup?

well let me try toexplain best i can. the changeup is like a fastball that is thrown at a lower velocity more in the range of 75-89 mph. It usually thrown using your thumb and index finger on two or four seams. Their are two types of changeups a circle change that is thrown with your thumb and index finger via your palm and has circular movement. and theirs a straight changeup that is like a fastball but with screwball- like movement and less velocity.
