if its not a scam magnets can act as an induction of a electromangetic wave in the core.

permanent magnets can amplify the electric current when a small current is used together with the magnets to make them alternate as a waves in the core.

I would like to know if this solid state generator produce any EM frequencies that can be harmful to living cells. I wonder if you can build a shielded casing to enclose this device to minimize any harmful radiating frequencies that may affect not only living cells, but also to avoid interacting with radio and satellite signals as well.

as long as the device is inside a faraday cage it will not be able to penetrate outside of the cage. the frequencies will not escape the cage. Also no interference will come from outside effecting the internals. So you can easily keep harmful frequencies in and out.

Just think of the fresnel lens for light, it concentrates just like a magnifying glass, no moving parts. Takes dispersed energy and makes it converge. all he made was a multivibrator, caps are in that unit, they are charged up from a houshold plug. yes it will run lamps like he has but will not run a frig or washer! like he said there are not computor caps in but , it has been said you can use photo caps, they do the same thing.charge at the grid to use later when the lights go out, wow a homemade 120 dc volts! it whould work great if he used them to turn a charger on, to keep the caps full, then you have free power, for the lights, forever!

The only other explanation possible is if the box below contains the required hardware for wireless electrical transfer using resonance so only the device above, being tuned to the resonant frequency, can be made to appear as a free energy device. If he could post a video on a stool or small table he could more easily persuade people.

Ive got a feeling its a rotating magnetic field produced with coils and magnets, like a circular MEG then you simply tap the potential with secondary coils. The priciple is sound but he is not very expanatory and the video quality is really poor.
