Interesting trivia: Satoshi Kon knew PA was going to get a late-night time slot, so he had Susumu Hirasawa compose an OP theme with a loud opening and a thudding beat, so that viewers would be startled awake when the show came on. Brilliance!

XD Honestly this song is pretty much expressing that people are moving forward (or should move forward) even when the world around them is falling apart (hence why in the intro the world's going to hell all around them.) XD It's like upbeat japanese Fallout 3 music XD
