Did anyone get a photo of the extremely large (mile long) 'UFO' that was seen by so many people during the day? If not, then why not? Just about everyone owns a cell phone now. I cannot imagine that someone wouldn't have at least tried to take a photo with their cell phone.

There are many possible explanations for the things people see. The major problem is that we jump to conclusions when we see things, we have flawed primitive minds and are a self centered species that seems to think we are so important that gods and creatures from other planets are highly interested in our activities.
We are north of houston, and a family member saw the same or similar large craft about a week before it made the news at stephenville. The coverage is amazing. I never thought i would see it on the news.
yeah these sightings have been going on for well over a year. numerous times, it's been in the papers. it took awhile for exposure because the citizens of stephenville didn't want the attention. eventually enough people kept having encounters so it became too big to ignore, and the govt claimed it was f-16s, then some officials who had seen the lights and been in the AF categorically denounced that idea as stupid, etc.

I don't think ufos actually travel in space from there galaxy to our galaxy from there planet to our planet I think they travel through dimensions as do many other people think, even for advanced ass ufos it would still take them thousands if not millions of years if they traveled how most people think they travel, they dont travel like us there technology is far more advanced than ours so they have different more effecient ways of getting from one galaxy or whatever to another.

Our own galaxy is 100 000 light years in diameter and 1000 thick, and has hundreds of billions of stars (estimation is bout 400 billion). If we think that each star has a few planets (4-5 at least) then the aliens could come from ANYWHERE.

Well I totally agree. More than likely they are from our own region of space. We have more than enough G type stars in this galaxy to ponder the possibility of other similarly evolved species on Earth-like locations. But this is a whole new understanding of true physics. Saying that with the size of the universe and the possibility of life elsewhere out there, it's not hard to imagine that if it's figured out on terra firma then it's applicable on alpha centuri and visa versa.

And who knows how different things would be when they return to their home planets. Would they even be able to find their way back? Would they get lost, or destroyed? If the crash at Roswell DID happen, and we DID recover a UFO, then it would make sense for us to keep it extremely classified...because if we didn't, and word got out, the universe, the whole course of human evolution as it has done from our time to theirs, everything would change somehow.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's possible that Future Humans are coming back to study us, sort of like a live-action history lesson. The catch is, though, that if they make their technology known, then the whole course of time would be altered between their time and ours, because then things wouldn't have taken the course that they had previously taken.

You know how we can only see planets and stars as they are in the past, and the more distant the object, the older it will be at that moment you see it. Now, it's very plausible that, say, a million years in OUR future, we are forced to move to other places within our own galaxy, or other galaxies (and we can't detect their presence, because we keep looking into the past...we can't see how those places look NOW).

Just, would they really survive that long? I mean, evolving to that point would take thousands, tens of thousands, maybe even hundreds of thousands of years. In other words, they (those ETs in fancy ships) have to come from somewhere else, even further away. Even with speed of light technology, it would still take them a huge lenght of time to get here. Our own galaxy is 100 000 light years in diameter and 1000 thick, and has hundreds of billions of stars (estimation is bout 400 billion). If we think that each star has a few planets (4-5 at least) then the aliens could come from ANYWHERE.

The Alpha Cantauri system, the nearest SOLAR SYSTEM (that's right, same galaxy, different sun) is 4,3 light years away. in other words, going at the speed of light, it would still take 4,3 years. And we know for a fact that there's no sentient life there because of lack of radio waves.

Stanton Friedman is right about the reasons the military and government keep this stuff secret. And yes, they can travel between galaxies. Just because our physicists aren't yet smart enough to figure out that you can go faster than the speed of light, doesn't mean it can't be done. Space and time are illusions. There is only mind.
