  • Love it....great job!

  • That's awesome

  • Wow!!!

  • Great playing hope to play like that soon

  • how could people hate someone who is actually good at playing them, i understand if you have someone who can't really play a steady tune but him....

  • I did'nt "Mason Aprons" Could be played like that*****

  • Great performance.

  • crisp!, I have Mc Clarens- 30 years old.

  • 9 people missed the "like"-Button.

  • Hey, what do you think about D. Nail bagpipes? Why did you buy a McCallum? Cheers!

  • @thelongtony Nail are an awesome set of bagpipes, go for them!

  • Last 30 seconds- total mastery. I'm begginer piper, and I hope I'll be able to play as great as You play.

  • Wow! That was great! As a newer piper I can only HOPE to achieve the level you are at someday! You should be proud of what you can do, and are an inspiration to those of us looking to improve ourselves!

  • Might be a little fast?

  • @syrianconnection I wouldn't say that's its too fast, considering the fact that he's playing the hornpipe version of it. You listen to those like the red hot chile pipers or people who play thunderstruck (even though Gordon Duncan originally played it slower)and then you can see that this is actually very good

  • fuckin' A.

  • any chance of getting the music for this

  • Do have this recorded? If you do can you send it to me? Would love it for our Lodge!

  • Great! Do you have this recorded? If you do will you send it to me? I would like for my lodge!

  • Not an "indoors" in my opinion. Can't get the right sound with a roof over one's head. Great playing though.

  • Excellent tone.

  • Awesome Sound!

  • I think I would like to hear this great tune played a wee bit slower at the beginning. It often is and then the speed builds to magnificent effect. Your arrangment sort of goes from fast to faster and in addition to losing the building of the music, some of your movements get a little trampled on.

  • Wow, do you have the notes to all of that? I'd really like to get the last couple of parts. Would be great if you can send it to me. Karl

  • The sound of a single Piper completely pervading your space never ceases to be stunning,to me.

  • Well done ... Some little mistackes but that's really great

  • Great playing, does anyone know where to get part 3 onwards of the sheet music, i.e where it stops in the scots gaurds book????

  • superb, i wish i was a tenth as talented.

  • ppl can say whatever they want, this is awesome playing

  • This is random but do I have some form of the way u played that tune on paper?

  • Really great effort on this...wonderfully played....just brilliant piping...wow...

  • Ive always loved this tune. Does anyone know if the name of it refers to Freemasonry and our use of aprons or to stone masons aprons?

  • bloody good effort

  • Nicely played lad!!

  • Well done Kev! Love Jo xx

  • not really, i live in a country where people dont know about bagpipes and when i go out and play i can make 50 dollars in 20 mins :P

  • Man, how long have you been playing? Do you charge that amount purposely? When I play for 10 minutes even, I get $175 and $200 for 15 min. For a piper, you need to charge more. Its easy money.

  • how much!!? well depending on the exchange rates obviously but i live in scotland and i can get about £70 - £110 a performance. which is still really good but that seems like a lot.

  • where do you play geezus lol? I have been playing for 8 years and I only charge 125 150 max. I barely get any jobs though. I guess I am too young

  • can u do any better like

  • wish a could play like u

  • if he can play this but not scotland the brave somthing messed up

  • That is a helluva bubbly reed, it sounds fantastic! And very well-played indeed!

  • Excellent very well played. Great fingering!

  • aye..or silent nite

  • Sweetness. Can u do Scottland The Brave?

  • no shit he can do scotland the brave

  • watch it bro, just askin a qustion. no need for the hostilities.

  • i REALLY need the last parts to masons apron on sheet music, and if anyone has it.... please could you tell me or something ? :)

    thank you

  • same here!

  • Excellent!!! Well done! Happy piping!!

  • I knew that someone would pull me up on that one!

  • Forget the apron .... I wear a kilt!

  • But.. kilts HAVE aprons!

  • outstanding!

coming from a piper myself, im hugely impressed, not many duffers in there, sounding spectacular!

    well done

  • a set of flaming fingers, yes?

  • youve got talent very well done

  • im sure we all enjoy his skillful fingering. and no doubt his wife too...(gasp)

  • HA! wweeeyyyy

  • wow... nice!

  • Outstanding!

  • daaaaaaaaaang

  • You're a great piper. keep it up dude, we need more like you.

  • He must wear quite a lot of rings on his fingers (speaking about the tan lines on them or is it the lighting), but maybe they are made of pure led so he can play that fast lol

  • his neighbors hate him...

    but he's fuggin good!!!!!

    *****

  • @00MORDRED lol :)

  • aahhhh nice scottish sound

  • Very nice playing well done

  • wow

  • Good stuff Kev!

  • Nicely done my lad. Very nice. Now loosen up the body and you'll find the fingering gets even smoother. I know this is going to sound odd and teribly zen, but it works. Practice by closing your eyes and really relaxing...sway back and forth with your body and feel the rhythm with your body and soul...you'll be a world-class piper if you stay with it.

  • Just nip up th road to Dfs and tune my pipes, excellent tuning
