  • toyota camry= ugly, unsafe volvo is wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy safer

  • Wait I believe in the real world the camrys pretensioners fire to prevernt the dummy from moving around so much.

  • @Octonuke I think that only works for frontal collisions

  • WTF?

  • Why dont the rollover curtain sensors go off?

  • @Octonuke i believe they were optional back then, not standard with each camry.

  • ....yes rather solid, though the dummy's head DID get into a position where it could be squashed... maybe they should have side airbags go off or somthing wheen a rollover occurs, so peoples heads dont hang out if winows are open, or so heads dont get wedged in window sills (if thats the right name for it)

  • holy shit, the camry is rock solid. the roof hardly moved. much better than the video i just watched for the 2006 Sonata.

  • did the camry do well? and what does SWR mean?

  • compared to the 2006 hyundai sonata, the camry did really well (check out the 'related video' on the right hand side).

SWR stands for strength to weight ratio.
