Hey! I am currently going through the nutrition class in order to do the surgery, so I'm still a few months away from getting the RNY surgery done. I am super excited and a little nervous. I really love your videos you are amazing. As far as protein some of the carb control EAS shakes are great but also there are other drinks you can find at a supplement store with 42g of protein and only 100 calories. Anyways, you are beautiful and I can't wait for my surgery!!

my friend was supposed to do surgery too n she chickened out saying she loves food to much, i however know shes just to lazy . now shes jealous that im getting it so she runs her mouth saying that im getting skinny the easy way cus im lazy . so ignore negative people their just jealous or mean n bitter

Hey girlie, you look great and I know you gotta be loving all that attention from the hubby and don't listen to people who say things like that. Misery loves company yeah know? She was probably just jealous because you look so great. BUT!!! I THOUGHT YOU WE'RE GOING TO QUIT SMOKING! What happened? I know it's harder when your hubby smokes because I been there. You know I quit April 3rd and hubby smokes and now my moms here smoking now but I'm still not smoking. JUST keep trying OK. :-)
I get protein in wherever I can. You can snack on things like almonds, cheese sticks, peanut butter with apples/celery/crackers/bananas, protein bars, things like that. Just itty bitty snacks sometimes add up for you. And protein shakes throughout the day are helpful for me, too.
Greek Yogurt is great...you can boost the protein by adding some protein powder to it. Sugar free pudding is great too once you add the protein powder and it tastes pretty good. Also for the hair loss you may want to try Biotin. Good Luck...u look great!!
hey girl you doing great. i wish i could get one bit and stay full. well i eat 3 meals a day and i make 1 protein shake that has 60grams of protein and i make that for lunch. and i get my protein from chicken and the shake. well i wish you the best on your journey =)
If your hair is falling out, then you may very well have a thyroid problem, which could have been the cause of your obesity as well.
