Why wouldn't they let you go? It's a good flick! And suitable for your age. We had a 12 year old at our last screening and he loved it. It's not a horror film and there's no sex. Tell your parents it's a love story that happens to have demons in it. Hell, come WITH your parents. They'd like it.

I saw the local premier of Blade Runner at that theater, many years ago. Good places to eat close by too: Village Wok, Big 10, Lotus.
