no....that kinda stuff is what retards online do. he took a calculated risk that didnt pay off nothing more. he assumed chung was going to be open for it and to be honest i would have probably did the same in his place. people in tournaments dont just...throw rounds. they stick in it as long as they can and make opponents burn ex while trying to build super meter of their own till the next round.
