@raterito add it as a mover and interpt actor should be done in kismet by its self..

"What??? Press f10 man press f10" lolz
By the way you no longer have add acto --> move actor from may release of udk, you have to do this:
1. Select the Static Mesh in the Content Browser
2. Go to your level and right click where you want the mover to be
3. Select add InterpActor xxx
4. With the object still selected go to Kismet
5. Right Click to bring up the sub-menu
6. Select "New Event Using InterpActors xxx"
7. In the side sub-menu that appears select Mover
