it takes a tremendous amount of ignorance and, for lack of a better term, talent to ignore this guy. i've never seen anyone that can just pull facts of the top of his head like chomsky. the fact that this genius is ignored really makes u resent the intellectual/academic community of America

For example I just as a test typed in "Paris Hilton" into the youtube search and found a video called "PARIS IN JAIL: The Music Video" the number of views where 25519421... So 25 million views, what the hell is wrong with people?

as a generation-x American kid, I grew up almost totally uninformed of these conflicts. Through 12 years of public schooling, nothing. I watched the news, I read newspapers, and still I understood so little.

Little by little I try to inform myself on current affairs, I feel like I was cheated out of a realistic worldview, but Noam Chomsky has taught me it's your own responsibility to pursue the truth regardless of the forces against you.
