Does anyone know of anyone who could teach me proper ranch roping I live in Calgary Alberta Canada. I'm pretty much all self taught but I've had someone show me how to team rope from the ground so I have some experience in that kind of stuff and I've been roping for about five or more years but just starting to learn ranch roping.
Could be a few things but the most likely is the length of your spoke (the distance from your hand to the honda). You spoke should be about 1/4 of the size of your loop. Adjust the length of your spoke and it should help.
actually its called "de viento" meaning in the air, its one of the types of tricks the charros have in the event called "terna" that is in the charreria (mexican rodeo) which is very similar to this video....and as to the Argentine cowboy, i think you mean "gaucho"
this is funny because the guy in the white shirt with the white hat has a mexican saddle and the rope trick to for the heels is called the gancho the hook it hoks the two back feet of the steer wich also comes from mexican roping and this is american ranch roping
@wickedlytwilight a u the retard u dont think a charro knows his equpitment my family and myself are 100% born into the charro lifestyle and the gancho its also called pial al veinto and i ment american roping as in they do it american style u shit so b4 u open your mouth think about what your going to say charro billy is rite thank you charro
@GWLBTB25 first of all its called a dalventa and a gancho is an Argentine cowboy. mexican and american roping?? didnt you know that all roping is mexican? the americans inherited it from them you retard. educate yourself before you open your moth.
I really don't know know anything about this and I thought that when you brand you would hurt the cow but that looked pretty harmful, do you just burn so the hair wont come out again? please be patience with me.. dont have much cowboys in sweden

Yeah the brand is an Id mark each rancher has their own. It isn't harmful to the animal.

Buckaroos always have the best gear and tack. Any chance you could share some closeups with us of their chinks, spurs, flathats, etc.? Great video!
