  • it would be worth to watch all the movie with japanese voices but in some cases the american music is betters for me! (american voices of course suck) but the last battle against Vega /Bison i prefer the amrcian music thann the original A LOT!!!

  • La mejor lucha que he visto en dibujos animados.

  • animation is so top tier, it was the third strike of OAV

  • si al originalismo no la copia carajo!!!!!! =)

  • Original Always.

  • ora ora ora ora ora ora ora!

    japanese version wins!

  • i am agree with all that about american stupidity BUT that doesn't change the fact that american OST version is way better than the japanese... is not that the american is so good.. is that japanese is HORRIBLE AND untasteable

  • japanese animation and VOICES but american music....! the original japanese OST of this movie is lame

  • the japanese is the original version and original is the best!

  • One of the most SADDEST moment of the scene I've ever seen in this movie...="(

  • stupid american version! the japanese version is way better and it really fits the mood right.

even the voices are better and it just shows that every american supporter can't appreciate true anime which should be enjoyed in japanese....dubbed versions just suck!

  • the original sound track from the japanese version is far better.

  • japan music in this film = SHIT

  • american is far superior

  • The Japanese Music really fits the Mood, It actually SOUNDS Like Street Fighter

The American Music is just heavy metal played throughout the movie, doesn't match the mood of the scene either

  • the music in the japan version is really lame and unfitting. usually i don't go for the americanized version of animes, but in the case of Street Fighter 2 animated movie i can only say that the US audio blows the jap one away. especially the flashback scenes with Ryu and Ken have totally unfitting music in the jap version.

  • japan soundtrack on this movie is a shit

  • then subtitle it if the american version is not better, so we can here what they are saying

  • In my opinion.

The American Audio sounds way better and awesomer then the Jap.

And fuck anybody that defies me or wants me to think otherwise =@

  • shotokan!!!!!!!!!

  • definitely the american version is better.

  • @pinoliso how can the american version be better ... did the americans make this film no it was the japanese so shut up u idiot

  • @linkuchiha0603 did the americans make street fighter no it was the japanese so stop sayign the american is betetr when they did jack shit

  • In real cartoon it was such a nice audio

who fucked it up wit such waste

  • Watch this one with a other soundtrack!

    watch?v=ud4M67_jSCo

  • free of free

  • Americans? what are they good at? nothing

  • all they're ever good at is killing good anime with their shitty voice acting.

They should stick to Superman for fucks sake!

  • @tkcwu WAR!!.. but... what is it good for? absolute nothing... hmmm yeah... lol

  • @tkcwu no your wrong there good at eating and being very huge :-)

I too hate americans big headed wankers

  • @tkcwu late but i say it^^ theyre good in starting wars :D

  • @tkcwu Well they are good at producing sexy teenage celebrities, you've got to give them that at least!

  • the song is "ryu and ken´s frienship"

  • lovers

  • The original Japanese version will always RULE!

    especially the ending

  • whats the difference what happens in the ending ?

  • Nothing much just a Japanese insert song during the fight with Bison/Vega.

But the song is awesome :D

  • all the american version always sucks! no offense! even at animes

  • $250000?

  • Italian version is better.

  • Comment removed

  • awsome

  • when i saw the english version of street fighter 2 it was corney untill i saw the japanese version they very well sound more serious in japanese and if you watch street fighter alpha in english its not so corney as street fighter 2

  • whoa, i would like the japanese version of this movie .-., music's better <_< lol

  • I haven't seen this movie in years!

[[I've never seen the japanese one]]

  • lol ken is funny always fuckin around

  • I can't believe how crap the musical score is in this version. I don't know which version I saw, but the score there was much more philosophically in tune with the emotive flow of the anime.

    Just an opinion

  • This is the Japanese version. The Japanese and American versions of the movie have different scores.

I've taken heat for this, but I totally agree with your opinion. The American score may be filled with hard rock that offends anime fans' sensibilities, but it's a hell of a lot better than the Japanese score. This scene in particular has significantly improved music in the American version.

  • Yeah, i am a fan of Hard Rock. I love the feel the American version has. This, well....

  • i totally agree with you.... the musical score keeps on repeating in my mind until now... even if its almost 13 years ago...

  • yeah i hear ya buddy, you've probably seen the US version and that one INO was perfect, i liked it so mutch that when ever i'd see a video of it i must buy it... :S the movies after this like the alpha and generations.. dident feel as good as this one does, dut hey a street fighter anime is always good in my book ;)

  • thats right :)

  • can some1 put the whole movie up?

  • Hey IronTrooper7, SHUT THE FUCK UP & go burn yourself, faggot!

Everyone, please ignore the illiterate comment of this IronShit ignorant fool, he just escaped from mental hospital yesterday!

  • The voice acting in the Japanese version I liked better, but the music is more appealing to me in the english version.

  • I LOVE how great the Japanese music is. It's so emotional and sets a nice epic tone.

It also fits the theme of Ryu and Ken's friendship.

  • i agree man. this music feels like it belongs in Care Bears, sensei's voice sounds like it belongs to the "town idiot" type, and that "shoryuken" that ryu shouted on the cliff had no emotion and power

  • How can I get the music from this part, from American Version??

  • watch?v=1p3IaHExpBM&feature=related

  • The American version is better.

  • ya.... that is some gay music

  • the music in the japanese version is a little fruity. not bad ass at all. not fitting for a fighting movie.

  • No...your the one who smells like a cat!!!

    jkjk

    The music was kinda "fruity"...

  • japenese anime >>>>>>>>>>>>>> american animation american animation sucks

  • Probably one of the more uneducated comments I've read in quite some time.

  • thank you sir. pompous and condescending insults are my dream.

  • This is how they should've been in the new game! SF IV they look so weird... so different the arms and such are so massive, too massive...

  • Yea the drawers made it look a little to edgy, but it's my favorite one nonetheless..

  • yeah me too

  • my favourite part of street fighter 2

  • This is the one of the very few animes where the ENglish voices fit better with the chars than the original japanese. Plus the music was better in the english version.

Which is all hard for me to say since I'm a die hard Subtitles fan.

  • i agree it sounds like porn music in this scene

  • :) they look so cool when they get going, kinda reminds me of kyokushin with their hands down, i like the fight scenes and intensity better in generations but more into the story and characters in 2v :)

  • In the Japanese version all the fights have serene, mellow, and calming music that you'd expect to hear while watering a garden or playing in your baby's crib. It completely spoils all the intense fight scenes. The music in the Japanese version carries no intensity or emotion parallel to the fight scenes. Its all over joyous music you'd expect to hear in a Pokemon movie or something.

  • I like alpha better, way better!!!

  • i say the us version is way better...this jap version is just way to emotional man...

  • I'm going to have to go with the American version. I liked the silence, it stressed the idea of Ryu's concentration. Plus, it had Alice in Chains and Korn. I guess I'm a little biased since I grew up with the English version.

  • The Japanese soundtrack has more silent moments than the US.

  • la version en español latino americano es mejor...

  • the american version is better

  • What??

  • ryu doesnt practice karate, its shotokan.

    ansatsuken.

and it's shoryuken not oh yu ken

  • who the fuck cares?

  • Shotokan is Karate, it is a Karate style.

Do not try to argue, i've been doing it for years.

  • Ryu and Ken practicing Shotokan Karate was something said by Capcom USA. It's always been Ansatsuken.

  • internet tough guy alert.

  • Ryu is a Karate Master, not Teakwondo master

  • its so cool ryu and i both take tae kwon-do its so awesome

  • ummm Ryu and Ken Study Shotokan Karate.

  • no....that was a early mistake in the americanization of the series. ken, ryu, and akuma are really ansatsuken users

  • your right kinda, its referred now as anatsuken, the style consist of judo jujitsu and karate unarmed techniques :)

  • Its Shoryuken for the punch..and hadoken for the blast...for the hurricane kick its Tatsumaki Senpuu kyaku

  • True you do have a point.

Its prounounced Ohhh you ken (I think)

  • Don't bring your fanfic fantasies here.

  • w/e

  • It's not fantasy, i know i'm right:) And i'm not trying to be some tough guy since it is useless over the internet.

  • oh and i have street fighter alpha generations

  • can someone please give me the name of all the anime street fighter movies? i want them.. it would be cool if you could in right direction... i i have two Street fighter alpha and this one.. really cool movies... i need them in english tho... it would be cool if someone could help me :)

  • OMG that song sucked so bad. It does sound wussy. The English version is so much better.

  • Fuck it is. If I want pseudo-oriental shit I watch Karate Kid.

  • ROFLMAO ROFLMAO the jap version is terrible.

Im sorry but for one the english version is better.

    WHATS WITH THE MUSIC??!!!

    Sounds wuss.

  • ROFLMAO ROFLMAO the English version is terrible.

Im sorry but the Japanese version is better.

  • LOOK AT THIS CLIP BUT.. LISTEN TO THE MUSIC??!! Even his dragion punch sounded wuss.

Usually I too prefer the jap version but this??!!

(no disrespect to you.. just an opinion)

  • I'm sorry but the American voice actor can't pronounce Shoryuken.

  • cool

  • woow ryu can fly :)

  • i want everything original.

i wanna see the jap version but just subbed.

  • the japanese version is quite a lot better. the us version sucks, the americans changed the good original music in this scene for a crap heavy metal. they make me laugh because they are the only ones that think their fucking version is better. that fucking music that you put in this scene mess up the movie. in fact if you still doing this you will make the cool japanese cartoons look like your boring , stupid and crap cartoons .

  • Too bad the American Dragonball z music is much better compared to the Japanese one.

It's a matter of opinion, you idiot.

  • No it isn't.

  • Yes, it is. It depends on what kind of music you like.

But if it isn't an opinon, please tell me what it is then? Fact? Pfft.

  • this street fighter movie is soooooooooo well made!!

the voices, the story, the scenes it simply kicks ass!!!

  • I love this!, its one of my favorite anime movies ever!.

  • us veersion better..

  • no doubt tht us version is better but, ryus sho ru ken sounds stornger, but this one is more of a pacif scene, good

  • I haven't seen the entire Japanese version of the film so I can't judge the whole thing. But the American version of this scene is much better in my opinion.

  • Wow the music sucks ass in the jap version

    US version FO LIFE.

  • The american response to scoring anime is to ram heavy metal down your throat

  • Sounds better than this crap they play over seas

  • i had street fighter anniversary when it came out, it had 2 or 3 games and 2 movies, was really cool, it only costed 25 dolars.

  • At 00:25-00:45 or so is such a chuck noris moment. I could see him standing in that pose if he was training. With that exact same music.

  • both versions are good. but i like the japanese version is better because of the music though

  • in the us version the sound of this scene suits a lil bit better in my op. may somebody send me the us sound

  • this is the problem with mutherfucking america they leach everything from other cultures and fuck it up. The american version sucks

  • us version sooo much better in my opinion

  • i have no idea why they made a movie and a tv series. i have the series, not the film. are they any differnt?

  • Nuh. YOU'VE LOST YOUR BALLS.

What the fuck kind of line is that?

  • the japanese versoins are the real ones not the american ones

  • the us version sucks period

  • I'm an American... I love America... but the Japanese version is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAy better. The voices and music are better. The music in the American cersion is way too distracting. It simply takes away from the beauty of the fighing scenes. Even the voices in the American voice are way better.

  • Ok, well I have seen both movies, and to say the truth i perfer the USA version, though they both have thier ups and downs the USA version had music that matched each scene perfectly, giving it abit more attitude. No, bias really here and if anyone who has said or says so..then well maybe thier the ones going at it bias hmm? either way...doesn't matter what version you watch it is still a really good movie something me and my friend watch before we sit down and play street fighter for hours.

  • Though I have to admit the no music part to the training between him and Ken is pretty nice.

  • Eh, a little too emo for me.

  • usa version better...

  • THe music in the japanese version fit each scene perfect... ANyone that cant admit that needs to put their bias aside. For example, look at the CHun Li (Vega) fight.. The Japanese version's music was perfect!

  • can you please upload the part where ken proposes because I love that scene of ken & Ryu are running, the music in that scene goes well.

  • loved the movie

  • hmm... I wouldn't really say that the music in either one is better than the other, I just like how it's 2 different ways to see the same thing. Thus far, I like the english best, because they seem to catch more of an attitude for how the character acts. However, I'm sure to someone speaking japanese, it would be easier to notice an attitude standing out from another, so it's defaulted to a bias judgment. I love the movie no matter what tho, thanks for uploading!

  • same good video

  • Id love to see the original form of this too

  • I did like the music that the US version had, but feels a lot less intense, which changes the mood Entirely.

I'll look forward to the day I get to watch the whole thing in it's orginal form!

  • Japanese music fit the mood far better than the us version.

  • I agree

  • The Japanese version is sooooo infinitely superior to the US version. Voices, music... everything feels the same in the US version. Rather than energetic in the US version (as they tried) it's boring.

  • i kinda only think your saying that because its japanese

  • I don't think I am. I like music like that, but in the context of this movie... it was awful. (I also found the US voices cringe worthy)

  • alright but most anime fans i know think that the japnese versions are better for no reason at all relly its all the same to me
