Seems the lawyer was earlier told its a commercial and went along, unlike in other clips the lawyers on the spotlight are being skeptical and look at the two guys like idiots. You cant put one on a lawyer on this simple question. Coke is well known, dont expect a lawyer to quickly fire advice or suggestions in two mins. Lawyers let clients speak freely, but before giving advice and suggestions a lawyer would get crucial facts and think.

Why I think the lawyer went along? He never even bothered about corporate entity. We assume he knows. He mentioned "novel idea" for a lawsuit for a teaser when his first and logical approach is to simply clarify the trademark and ownernership rights when a challenge is being posed, whether from outside or within an entity. Then, the lawyer was told of "same company" and yet he proceeded to suggest a preliminary injuction and writing within a few hours, lol.
