here's what you do. (this is all done with the left analog stick, not the right!!

run in either left or right direction (right is easiest for me)

-then quickly pull back the opposite direction with the left analog stick.

-then(important!), swing the left analog to the right side downward, and then press cross.

-basically, (with the analog stick), you run, the pull back, then swing the left analog stick to the opposite direction and press cross.

with practice, you should get it. cheers! XD
