@HastaLaVista6666 it's not from Hamilton's car. It is part of that Force India wheel that fell off when he "licked" the armco, than hamilton ran over it. You can see it hitting Petrov's left mirror. Not that it would be ugly, but it's good that that rim didn't hit his helmet properly.

I suspect it may have been a small bit of the front end plate on the Force Indias front wing.

Don't forget the front wing is low to the ground, wouldn't be surprised if it hit the floor or the wall when the tyre blew out.

Anybody that prefers Monaco to tracks like Spa-Frnacorchamps, Suzuka and Montreal is lost.

First of all the drivers in the first GP back in 1929 thought Monaco was ridiculously cramped and unsuited for a race and the same has been said by other drivers over the decades.

Second of all a race on a track that often turns into a procession with ZERO overtaking the first 30 laps can't be called great or exciting. If it hadn't been set in Monaco, it would have vanished long ago.
