When you do the double lift, just show them the card, and and place it back on the deck casually (don't worry about this, they will NOT question it), do some talking, like "And that is definitely your card?" "Yes." "Sure?" tap the deck "Yes." Then deal it off and say "We'll put it there then." get them to confirm once more that it is their card, then ask THEM to turn it over.
