I love this movie. My Dad was just like this guy when we went on vacation in Europe. It was all big smiles and camera-crazy, and drove the Europeans nuts.

Dad wore a trucker cap with CAT DIESEL POWER on it. We had AMERICANS written all over us. But my parents wouldn't allow rude Parisian to get the better of us. When a museum clerk at the Louvre wouldn't et Mom buy tickets in advance, she said "shut up and sell me the goddam tickets" and she got them. The English-speaking tourists loved it.

hmmm, maybe the Gäubodenvolksfest. It's a bit smaller and with fewer tourists (and "Saupreißn" ;-)), and the beer is cheaper. It takes place in Straubing, next year on the 7. till 17. August.
